1 Introduction

2 Eligibility
To register and play on LuckPlay, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a LuckPlay employee or contractor.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by LuckPlay or another gaming platform — that remains active.

LuckPlay takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. We may require identity verification at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited to the appropriate regulatory authority.

3 Your LuckPlay Account
Registration
You may only hold one account on LuckPlay. All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and your own. Using a false name, someone else's identity, or deliberately incorrect contact details is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your LuckPlay login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. LuckPlay will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact LuckPlay support immediately at support@luckplay.net. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
Verification (KYC)
LuckPlay may request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Closure
You may close your LuckPlay account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method. LuckPlay may also close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
LuckPlay accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen before you confirm any transaction. LuckPlay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified payment method registered under your name. Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and up to one business day for bank transfers.
LuckPlay reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where suspicious activity is identified. Verified accounts in good standing are not subject to arbitrary withdrawal delays.
Currency
All transactions on LuckPlay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your provider's exchange rate will apply. LuckPlay is not responsible for any currency conversion charges.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
LuckPlay offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and the referral programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses on LuckPlay carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are always clearly stated in the promotion details.
Bonus Abuse
LuckPlay monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single offer, using a bonus solely on low-risk bets designed to achieve the wagering requirement with minimal variance, and coordinating with other members to exploit a promotional offer. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and related winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- LuckPlay reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected members.
- In the event of a discrepancy between promotional material and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
6 Games and Betting Rules
All games on LuckPlay — including slots, baccarat, Color Game, and all other casino titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG is independently audited and certified to ensure that all outcomes are random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or bet sizes.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified figures based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results can and will deviate from the published RTP. A higher RTP does not guarantee a win on any individual bet or session.
Sports Betting
All sports bets on LuckPlay are subject to the specific rules for each sport, published in the Sports Betting section. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other irregular circumstances, settlement rules for each market type apply as documented. LuckPlay's decisions on market settlement are final.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game or bet, LuckPlay will use game server logs to determine the correct outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined from logs, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned. LuckPlay is not liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on your end.
7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
LuckPlay is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the LuckPlay platform without human input.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
- Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the LuckPlay platform's software or systems.
- Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or misappropriated e-wallet credentials.
- Money laundering or using LuckPlay for any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
- Impersonating another person or creating accounts under false identities.
Where LuckPlay identifies prohibited conduct, affected winnings and bonuses will be voided, account balances may be held pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
8 Responsible Gaming

As a LuckPlay member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any LuckPlay content without our prior written permission.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, LuckPlay's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
LuckPlay is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from platform unavailability or technical issues outside our control.

- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
